All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

Processing times may increase during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Once fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

  1. Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery after fulfillment:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21+ business days

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed before purchase.

  1. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  1. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

• Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will review the shipment with the carrier

If confirmed lost, we may offer:

• A replacement shipment, or
• A refund

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not guaranteed for replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.

We do not store full payment card details.
