RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  1. Replacements & Refunds

We will replace or refund an order if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item has a manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong item

To qualify:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Minor color or print placement differences caused by screen display or production tolerance

Please review sizing information before ordering.

  1. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

• Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will review the shipment with the carrier

If confirmed lost, we may offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not guaranteed for replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Processing times typically vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
